Negligence and the law

How do we fight the justice system when your alone, unable to understand their language. I learned a lot from having to attend 28 court hearings. Our justice system has turned in favor of the guilty rather than the victims. They have the evidence that she was in their vehicle and they dumped her body, but can't prove anything else.
